Thank you for visiting and shopping at Georgie’s Mummy Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR CYPRUS
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Cyprus
– Delivery to your nearest Akis Express point for free
– Delivery to your door €4.50
– Free delivery for orders over €50 – To your nearest AKIS Express point.
Outside Cyprus
– Not available yet.
Shipment processing time
All orders in Cyprus are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages during shipping
Georgie’s Mummy Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS POLICY
Exchange items must be returned within 10 business days with their original tags attached.
To return an item : Send us an email to shop@georgiesmummy.com with the tittle “RETURN REQUEST” and write us your personal details (name, telephone number, order number & email) and the details of the item you want to return. If you know with which item you want to exchange, please write it too.
If you prefer to return a product and receive a voucher, please contact us to shop@georgiesmummy.com. After we received your item we will send you a personal code. You will have access to the code for 20 calendar days, after that we will not accept any exchange and we are not responsible for it.
Sales items are NON-RETURNABLE.
